Hard Bristle Brush
The hard bristle brush is designed for tough stains that commonly occur on the midsole and bottom of the shoe. The stiffer bristles allow for a higher level of agitation which allows you to penetrate stains deep with rubber or high density foam of the midsole and bottom of the shoe.

Amazing Customer Service!
I ordered the ELMT kit around 3 weeks ago and really love the kit so far. Works amazing, smells great, and comes with everything you need. I was more blown away with the customer service. At the time of ordering I entered the wrong address but the customer service team got back to me in about an hour so we were able to get it changed and sent to the right address!
